Since 2007, YOLA (Youth Orchestra Los Angeles) has provided young people from communities across Los Angeles and nationwide with a variety of services including high-quality music training, free instruments, mentorship, and academic support. Inspired by the revolutionary El Sistema program that brought up the world-renowned conductor and LA Phil's Music & Artistic Director, Walt and Lilly Disney Chair, Gustavo Dudamel, YOLA promotes collaboration among peers and mentors, encouraging a close-knit community on and off the stage.
