An amazing evening of two superbands, each with an incredible roster of virtuosic jazz stars. The Monterey Jazz Festival celebrates 60 years of “traditional-untraditionalist” heritage and talent with an all-star touring band and Cécile McLorin Salvant, “the finest jazz singer to emerge in the last decade” (The New York Times).

SF Jazz Collective, known for their reworkings of jazz masters, explore and honor the sounds of bossa nova king Antônio Carlos Jobim with original arrangements crafted and performed by their stellar eight-piece ensemble.
